100% private, physician owned and operated Radiology practice of 25+ is seeking highly qualified candidates for either employed or shareholder/partnership track positions. The ideal candidates will be fellowship trained in either Body, MSK or Neuroradiology with general diagnostic skills and basic procedural skills. They also have an opening for a fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist.
1:10 weekends/yr and will have the option for 5-10 weekends and 8-16 weeks of vacation with commensurate pay increase or decrease depending on time worked.
• IR – spend 50% of your time in IR (will read diagnostics in between procedures) IR call is done as an evening shift working from 4pm – midnight reading ER cases then doing procedures when called in. 1:10 weeks of call. There is a $300 per day stipend plus a $600 callback stipend if called for a procedure after midnight.
• All others – spend 30%+ in your subspecialty with 1:10 weekends/year
Receive $50k advance of salary if desired. Salary offer for partnership track is 400k, 8 weeks’ vacation going to 12 weeks’ vacation at partner level ($1.2m potential). Salary for employed position is 600k plus bonus and 10 weeks’ vacation. (750k potential). Hours and responsibilities for employed position are negotiable based on desires of individual candidate.
