Well respected private practice of 7 (soon to be 8) full time and 7 part time radiologists is in need of an Interventional Radiologist. The position entails basic IR coverage, covering 3 local hospitals. Basic procedures to include thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, nephrostomy tubes, lumbar punctures, epidural injections, tunneled, plural and peritoneal catheters, kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty and occasional central venus access, joint injections. No dialysis work. The rotation also includes any fluoroscopy studies to include upper GI barium enema, Esophagram. Nurse practitioner on site. Daily routine could include up to 50% procedures. Expectation is to perform diagnostic readings in whatever modality you are comfortable doing. IR typically will read all vascular US, CTA and Coronary CTA. They are offering partnership salary from day one – 600k+, plus all benefits and 14 weeks’ vacation! Each shift is for the entire week (M-F) with no week night call. Night hawk covers daily from 8PM to 7 AM week days and starts at 5 PM on weekends. Weekend call (DX only) is approx. 1:5. In addition to partners salary, new hire will receive 70k Sign on/retention bonus! Located under an hour to Cleveland, area offers everything from cultural amenities, excellent schools and all outdoor activity.
